We cannot rely on federal funding cycles or charitable giving to sustain the fight for justice.
We must own our role in the clean energy transition.

Our communities deserve more than representation — we deserve ownership.
Ownership of solar projects.
Ownership of data and decision-making.
Ownership of the tools, platforms, and profits driving the energy economy.

The WeSolar platform, a Women and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise-led (WMBE) digital infrastructure, exists to support this future.

We are building the digital infrastructure to help climate groups, WMBE developers, and local organizers become self-sustaining players in the trillion-dollar clean energy economy — with the automation, access, and revenue tools to scale projects, attract investment, and drive impact without gatekeepers.

We, the undersigned, commit to:

• Positioning and empowering climate justice organizations to take advantage of market opportunities
• Onboarding local climate organizations and WMBEs onto clean energy project pipelines through tools like the WeSolar platform.
• Building a new model of civic climate power — where organizing is backed by ownership.
• Investing in community-based clean energy infrastructure that generates long-term, unrestricted income.
• Developing coalitions that negotiate capital, not just grants.
